Cancellation
of the 11th Stage of the Dakar 2009
Dakar
2009 Argentina – Chile
11. Stage
COPIAPO - FIAMBALA
The
day’s special stage has been cancelled. As the weather forcast
announces heavy fog on the whole route of the stage and as the timing
of the stage cannot be altered due to the crossing of the Andes
and the crossing of the border between Chile and Argentina, the
organizers have decided to cancel the portion of stage 11 between
Copiapo and Fiambala that should have been against the clock. The
participants will be getting to the Fiambala bivouac in liaison
starting at 8:00 AM.

500,000
spectators at the start! "The madness"
The
new Dakar Argentina - Chile 2009, started and there is already the
first winner. The Dakar itself as excited about my beginnings in
the 80s but in 2009 transferred again to a super factor X.
I like
the adrenaline of a self-rising and it releases endorphins, if such
an enthusiastic audience around them has. „Vamos Argentina“.
It was the madness.
Hock-Racing
wishes all participants and the Organization ASO We continue to
be as successful at the current day of the launch in Buenos Aires.
